Add family estate readiness to the benefits conversation
Most of a benefits plan is used by someone who is already unwell. Estate readiness is used by everyone, calmly, in advance — and it is the thing employees say they have been meaning to sort out for years.
Why it fits a benefits program
- It applies to the whole population, not to the small share who claim in a given year.
- It is finishable. A two-minute readiness check, then a record the household completes at its own pace.
- It covers the household, up to five adults on one plan, not just the employee.
- It survives the job. The family owns the account. Leaving the employer does not delete it.
Meravor is not an employee assistance program and does not replace one. It offers no counselling, no crisis support and no clinical service. It is a record of where things are and who to call.
How a program runs
- A cohort, not a rollout. A defined population, a co-branded readiness check, and invitations that carry attribution.
- Engagement reporting only. Invited, started, activated. The sponsor never sees an employee's record — not the contents, not a summary of the contents.
- Sponsored or self-pay, decided per program.
Benefits programs are custom. There is no published price, because the shape of the population decides it.
