For practices

For funeral homes, notaries and estate practitioners

Every practice that deals with families after a death knows the same call. Someone is trying to settle an estate and cannot find the will, does not know which accounts exist, has no idea what the insurance covers, and is not sure who to phone. The work is not complicated. It is just missing.

Meravor is the record that would have prevented that call. You give it to your client families; they own it from the first minute.

What it costs

Solo
$900 / year

Up to 25 client families. Unlimited users in your practice.

Firm
$2,400 / year

Up to 100 client families. Unlimited users in your practice.

Your clients never pay. You give them the record; they own the account from the first minute, and it stays theirs whatever happens to the relationship with your practice.

Try it first

60-day pilot — $150. Load three client files. If one client does not tell you it saved them time, you owe nothing further and we part as friends.

Prices in Canadian dollars, plus applicable tax.

What your practice gets

Where the data lives

Records are stored and processed in Canada, in Google Cloud's Montréal region. Sensitive free-text is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM at the field level, and passwords are stored only as salted PBKDF2-SHA256 hashes. A full data-residency and security attestation is available inside the professional dashboard for your own due diligence.

How to start

Practice plans are arranged directly, so the plan matches how your firm actually works. There is no signup form to guess your way through and no quote to negotiate — the prices above are the prices.

Questions practices ask

What happens to a client's record if they leave your practice?
Nothing. The family owns the account and always has. Sponsorship covers the cost; it does not confer ownership, and ending it does not delete anything.

Can we see everything in a client's record?
No, and not by default. A professional sees the planning view. Every sensitive tier is granted explicitly by the family, one at a time, and can be withdrawn the same way.

Is this legal advice, or a will?
Neither. Meravor is a record of where things are and who to call. It is not a will, it does not replace one, and it is not legal, tax or financial advice.

Does it work in Quebec?
Yes. Quebec terminology is used throughout — liquidator rather than executor, protection mandate, notarial wills, Directeur de l'état civil, Retraite Québec. The interface and all content are in English at present.
